ICSolutions provides on-line access to client reports through its NetImpact™ web-reporting platform. This platform is accessed utilizing a standard web browser via an encrypted, secure socket layer (SSL) connection. The platform hosts a comprehensive set of reports that enable streamlined management of the calling activity and associated revenue stream generated by the inmate telephone system. This reporting can be generated and compiled based on inmate ID/PIN, facility ID, or station ID, and will contain active links that support drill down reporting to the ANI/tariff level. In addition, the NetImpact™ reporting engine is integrated with the ICSolutions HelpStar 2000 trouble ticket system which facilitates trouble ticket issuance, tracking, and resolution. Utilizing the NetImpact™ portal, the facility administrator will be able to generate trouble ticket reports on demand.

NetImpact™ is engineered for high availability, unlimited access. Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) controls diverse network links to Internet access service providers assuring continuous network services, even in the event of provider outage.
