Mike Kennedy – Director of Operations
Mike joined ICSolutions in 2003 with over 15 years of relevant telecommunications experience in account management and business development. Mike’s experience includes both operator services and inmate telephone services offered nationwide. Mr. Kennedy obtained his Business Administration degree at the University of South Carolina.

Chuck Margosian - Regional Account Manager/Product Manager
Chuck joined ICSolutions in 2005 with over 16 years experience in the inmate calling industry, working in sales, marketing, and business development for both U.S. and U.K. based inmate markets. He served as the Director of Sales and Marketing for a leading inmate telephone system provider, later taking on the role of business development consultant to several ITS companies.

George Sheers - Regional Account Manager
George has over 30 years professional experience in law enforcement, several of those years as an elected Sheriff. George has spent the last five years working in inmate telecommunications sales, service and support throughout the United States.

Goy Giminski - Project Coordinator
Goy joined ICSolutions in 2003 and has over 15 years of diverse professional experience, the last seven of which have been focused in inmate telecommunications. Her experience includes marketing, project coordination, and proposal development.

Jan Roth – Sales Engineering Manager
Jan joined ICSolutions in 2004 and has over 14 years professional experience in telecommunications, customer management, and support, the last seven of which were spent in the inmate calling market. Mr. Roth obtained his Associate of Science degree at College America in Denver, Colorado.

Jeanne Waters – Technical Writer

Jeanne joined ICSolutions in 2004. She has 6 years experience in the inmate phone market working with proposal development. Ms. Waters earned her Bachelor of Science degree from East Carolina University.

Latisha Steger - Regional Account Manager
Latisha joined ICSolutions in 2007. She has over eight years of telecommunications and customer service experience with two years of account management experience in the corrections industry. She is a skilled sales professional and account manager who is committed to customer service, training, and support. Ms. Steger holds a bachelors degree in Business Management.

Mike Bronson – Regional Account Manager

Mike joined ICSolutions in 2007. He has over twenty-five years of achievement in sales, marketing, and business development in U.S. based markets, highlighted by success in outside sales working with scientific and technological product lines. Over the years and with a number of different companies, Mike has extensive experience winning and supporting customers’ needs and concerns.

Suzanne Haffner – Director Business Development
Suzanne joined ICSolutions in 2003 and has over 23 years experience in the telecommunications industry, most of which have been focused within the inmate phone market. Her experience includes marketing, contract administration, customer service, regulatory compliance, and proposal development.

Tom Hearn - Regional Account Manager
Tom joined ICSolutions in 2009 with over 17 years of experience in the inmate telecommunications industry including the startup of one of the largest companies in the industry. He has over 36 years experience in engineering, sales, service and company management. Mr. Hearn holds a bachelors degree in Nuclear Engineering from Auburn University and a masters in Business Administration from Troy University.

Trudy Rodriguez - National Account Executive
Trudy joined ICSolutions in 2006. She came to us with over 10 years of experience in telecommunications and related customer service expertise. She is a proven team player and earned a number of awards while working for a Fortune 50 organization. Ms. Rodriguez earned her Bachelor of Science degree as well as an Associate degree in Arts.

Wilfredo Punzalan – Network Operations Manager
Wilfredo joined ICSolutions in 2003 with over 22 years experience in telecommunication, computer, voice and IP network systems engineering, implementation and administration, the last two of which were spent in installation of CATS™ system into different jail facilities and administration of POS and Validation infrastructure. His experience includes design, installation, administration, and management of Intel base client and server systems, LAN, WAN and telephony appliances. Mr. Punzalan obtained degrees in Bachelor of Science in both Electrical Engineering and Communication Engineering as well as an Associate of Science in Electronics and Network Technology.

George Halldin - Technical Services Manager
George joined ICSolutions in 2004 with over 14 years of diverse professional experience. His InfoTech experience includes founding a market leading "dot com" company and managing technical support for a multinational biotech corporation. Mr. Halldin obtained his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of California, Davis.

Marshall Holober – Installation Manager
Marshall joined ICSolutions in 2004 and has over 30 years of extensive experience in Computer Operations, IBM Mainframe networking, Email administration, as well as managed teams of Tech Support. Mr. Holober obtained degrees in both Business Administration and Organizational Management.
