ICSolutions manages the facility based Call Processing systems from the Network Operations Center (NOC) located at its corporate headquarters in San Antonio, TX.  This 24X7X365 NOC is configured in a 5,000 square foot raised floor computer room.  This center was engineered with the following business and technical requirements:

This state-of-the-art center houses the FraudImpact™ validation platform and the Point-of-Sale PrePaid Collect (PSPC™) platform, and is supported by superior technology from industry leaders such as Sun Microsystems, Cisco and Compaq.  This center is also equipped with full environmental and fire suppression systems, UPS and backup generators. 

The Call Processors communicate in real-time to the FraudImpact™ and PSPC™ platforms via a wide area network (WAN).  This redundant network is engineered for high availability and supports a throughput of 100,000 transactions per hour.   Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) controls diverse DS-3 network links to internet service providers, assuring continuous network services, even in the event of slow-down or outage.  Cisco advanced firewalls, switches, routers, and content delivery service switches provide secure, load-balanced access to both the Validation and PrePaid applications.

This facility also hosts a 24X7X365 network Monitoring Services Center (MSC), staffed with experienced technicians and equipped with industry proven monitoring tools such as ProactiveNet, which means quality of service (QOS) and service level agreements (SLA) are being monitored on a real-time basis.
